School of Rock

Designed for climbers age 10-14 who may or may not have climbed but are interested in trying out a new sport in a fun and friendly but structured environment. Our coaches will focus on basic climbing movement and technique to help athletes reach that next level of fitness. This team meets twice per week and gives climbers an opportunity to make new friends, improve their abilities and stay fit. Practices involve minimal training and follow a simple curriculum throughout the year.

Youth TEAM

Designed for athletes that want to gain an extra competitive edge and take their climbing to the next level. Practices focus on increasing agility, balance, coordination, power, and endurance. We also believe that developing the mind is just as important as developing the body. Our coaches will help strengthen an athlete’s mental game which will further develop their abilities to read and solve problems.
