Sometimes you need a little 1-on-1 to reach your goals. RHEP-certified trainer Carolyn Tran offers 1 hour sessions to help you unlock your potential. Whether you're trying to climb harder, lose weight, or feel stronger, a little personal attention can go a long way. 

Starting at $75.00 for 1 session
$350.00 for 5 sessions
$600.00 for 10 sessions

BFIT: Foundations of Climbing

This program is designed for the new climber, the climber who has hit a plateau, the climber who wants to train in the gym but doesn’t quite know how, and/or the climbing enthusiast! With our Head Fitness Coach, Carolyn, this 4-week introductory program will teach you how to create efficient and effective programs designed to improve your bouldering performance.

What you'll learn: 
Week 1: How to effectively warm-up, basics of upper-body pulling strength, and core training to stop those barn doors
Week 2: How to train muscle strength, more climbing specific strength (lower-body pulling), and core exercises for oblique stability
Week 3: Improve mobility, gain muscle balance with antagonist exercises, and core to strengthen the low back
Week 4: Putting it all together & the next steps
