BHIIT

BFIT with BHIIT twice a week to look and feel leaner and stronger. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) includes cardio, strength, and conditioning. Get a full body fat-burning workout in a 1 hour circuit-style class. Strengthen and stabilize the core with functional exercises, while working on those rock-hard abs. An additional at-home workout is provided for the goal-getters of the gym.

BSTRONG

Feel strong, look strong, BSTRONG. BSTRONG is a functional training program to build muscle and gain strength. This focuses on the foundations - how to effectively activate the core, practice, and maintain good form. Additionally, the coach will provide you with an exclusive and individualized program to help you reach your fitness goals.
