BHIIT

BFIT with BHIIT twice a week to look and feel leaner and stronger. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) includes cardio, strength, and conditioning. Get a full body fat-burning workout in a 1 hour circuit-style class. Strengthen and stabilize the core with functional exercises, while working on those rock-hard abs. An additional at-home workout is provided for the goal-getters of the gym.

Starts May 7
Mondays 8:30-9:30pm, Wednesdays 6-7pm
$99 for 4 weeks (8 classes)

BSTRONG

Feel strong, look strong, BSTRONG. BSTRONG is a functional training program to build muscle and gain strength. This focuses on the foundations – how to effectively activate the core, practice, and maintain good form. Additionally, the coach will provide you with an exclusive and individualized program to help you reach your fitness goals.

Wednesdays 7:15-8:15pm
