Are you ready for Tuesday Night Sessions? Starting July 4th through the month of August, join us every Tuesday for technique and training workshops for climbers of every level.
July 4th – Movement 101
This workshop is designed to get you moving efficiently up the wall with emphasis on proper climbing techniques.
July 11th – Training 101
Learn the fundamentals of training for climbing.
July 18th – Climb Tall
A class designed for climbers that are shorter in stature. We’ll give you some tips to get that extra inch or two for those big moves that are currently out of reach.
July 25th – Movement 201
A follow up to the Movement 101 class that will introduce you to advance climbing techniques.
The workshops are free with a day pass or membership. Class size is limited to 10 people so sign up at the front desk to reserve your spot.
